Kynector Program

KPCA partners with the Department of Health Plan Oversight to help Kentuckians access affordable coverage. Through kynectors and Certified Application Counselors, residents receive free application and enrollment assistance for Medicaid, KCHIP, Qualified Health Plans, SNAP, and CCAP.
