PRINCIPLE DUTIES
Corporate Branding
- Responsible for waiting room appearance and signage used within clinic facilities, assuring the timeliness of messages and appropriateness of appearance.
- Oversees the organization’s social media feeds. Develops and maintains annual calendar of scheduled postings and ensures at least two posts per week are completed.
- Works with contracted vendors to develop approved informational advertisements to enhance social media presence and assure marketing materials are in line with organizational goals.
- Monitors market trends for best practices in branding and outreach tools; presents proposals to supervisor as trends change.
- Strategize with COO and CEO to drive use of the organizational services across diverse populations.
Community Relations
- Maintains calendar of community events and, in conjunction with the COO, determines which events align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Remains informed of community events, initiatives, activities, and/or outreach opportunities that correspond to the organization’s business and marketing goals occurring within the service area.
- Develops themes or activities for community events, coordinates staffing, and maintains responsibility for a professional presence.
- Works within assigned budget to procure promotional items for use at community events.
- Maintains budget for corporate sponsorships and responds to requests for support.
- Plans and implements events across the service area for National Health Center Week each August.
General
- Analyzes data to inform budgetary decision making, makes recommendations to the COO as appropriate.
- Works with COO and CEO to ensure initiatives and community involvement activities align to the organizational strategic pathway.
- Completes special projects as determined by COO and CEO.
- Performs other duties or in other departments as assigned.
- Recognizes that the completion of the above listed duties illustrates the employee's role in aforementioned team-based care and accepts responsibility for being an active member of the team, including identification of quality improvement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health promotion, public health, or related field.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum two years of experience in a health care setting.
