| Requirements |
This role provides financial leadership to the organization. Responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank and auditor relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Timely and correct data capture, analysis and reporting
- Monthly reporting to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors
- Federal and non-Federal grant management
- Prepare financial statements
- Budgeting
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
- FQHC Experience a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
