KPCA invites you to join our monthly Policy and Procedure Learning Collaborative — a year-long webinar series designed to support health centers in reviewing, improving, and updating their HRSA-required policies and procedures. Each session focuses on a specific section of the Health Center Program Compliance Manual, offering practical tools, checklists, and timely updates to help prepare for Operational Site Visits (OSVs) and FTCA applications.

Our Speaker: Jenna W. Misiti, Esq., MHA, CHC
Jenna is an attorney and nationally certified healthcare compliance professional. She is the founder of Appalachian Healthcare Legal Consulting, based in Huntington, WV, and has over a decade of experience advising community health centers, look-alikes, and RHCs. Jenna’s expertise includes employment law, contract advisement, HIPAA, 340B, and HRSA compliance. She holds a law degree from Washington and Lee University and a master’s in healthcare administration from St. Joseph’s University. Jenna is licensed to practice law in both West Virginia and Kentucky and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Marshall University and a Director on the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy.
