Policy and Procedure Learning Collaborative: Conflict of Interest and Personnel

This session focuses on reviewing and updating health center policies and procedures related to conflict of interest and personnel, in alignment with HRSA requirements. Participants will gain tools, checklists, and guidance to ensure compliance with the Health Center Program Compliance Manual. The session will also address recent federal updates and provide opportunities for Q&A, helping health centers prepare for Operational Site Visits (OSVs) or Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) applications.
