EPA Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides funding and technical assistance to help states achieve protection objectives of the Safe Drinking Water Act. Financial assistance include loans, refinancing, bond insurance, grants and principal forgiveness for projects that install or upgrade facilities and infrastructure.

EPA Water Infrastructure and Innovation Program
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides secured, direct loans and loan guarantees for projects that enhance, repair or replace water infrastructure. Technical assistance may be provided to prospective borrowers — especially small and disadvantaged communities. The minimum project size for communities of fewer than 25,000 residents is $5 million and loan amounts may not exceed 49 percent of a project’s eligible costs.

FEMA/SAMHSA Post-Disaster Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) provides grants and technical assistance to help communities recover from natural and human-caused disasters through community outreach and access to mental health services. Eligible applicants include state, territory, and tribal mental health authorities.

Designed for first responders in dire financial need due to unforeseen child-care emergencies or who are facing housing insecurity due to fire, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside their control. This grant may also assist families in financial need who have experienced the loss of a first responder that is not line of duty-related.
