The Kentucky Primary Care Association (KPCA) was founded in 1976 as a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening access to high-quality health care across Kentucky.

The organization represents Federally Qualified Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and safety net providers. KPCA's work focuses on sustainable funding, workforce development, and innovative care delivery models.
